Sabrina Dey has been appointed as the General Manager of ITC Hotels, responsible for the high-end ITG Windsor Hotel.
Sabrina started her career at Oberoi Hotels after graduating from OCLD in 2008. she was responsible for food and beverage services at several Oberoi properties including The Oberoi Mumbai, Trident Nariman Point, The Oberoi Amarvilas and The Oberoi Grand Kolkata where she served. As F and B as Assistant Manager. In 2018, she joined JW Marriott Kolkata as the Operations Director and later as Hotel Director of JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort and Spa.
Over the course of her nearly 20-year career, Sabrina has taken on a variety of roles including strategic planning, optimizing operations and budgeting as well as providing exceptional guest service.
Her successful implementation of strategies has led to the company’s growth, compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards, innovative conceptualization, profit maximization efforts, and exceptional customer experiences that contribute to increasing the visibility of the brand.

Sabrina’s appointment at ITC Windsor will see her lead a dynamic luxury team that is focused on creating environmentally conscious guests, with the hotel being the first to be LEED Zero Carbon certified. The BW Hotelier Manager (East Zone), B W Hotelier FandB Manager(EastZ) and FLO GR8 Bravery Award were among the industry awards won by Sabrina.
