Submit your Press Release (PR)

Guidelines for the agency to upload the content:

Your Email Enter your official agency or brand email address. This is strictly for administrative use — our editorial team will reach out here if your release needs any clarification before publishing.

Add Title Your HEADING/HEADLINE goes here. Keep it between 50–70 characters — sharp, factual, and newsworthy.

Add Excerpt : Write a 20–55 word summary that captures the core message of your release. SUBHEAD.

Add Post Content This is your full press release body. Paste your final, edited content here. Justify the content by using tools or pressing Alt + Shift + J . Please upload the image of the spokesperson inside the content using the image tool without fail.

Categories Select the category that best fits your news — Restaurants, Bakery & Cafes, Manufacturers, Technology, EXIM, Associations, or Job Vacancies.

Featured Image Upload a low-resolution, relevant image (your product, event, or brand visual). This image appears as the thumbnail across the site and social media, so quality matters. Avoid low-res or watermarked images.

Focus Keyword Enter the primary keyword your press release should rank for on search engines (e.g., cloud kitchen Mumbaispice export India). Not sure what keyword to use? Ask an AI tool: “What is the best SEO keyword for a press release about [your topic]?”

SEO Description This is the short meta description that appears below your headline on Google search results. Write 140–160 characters that summarise your release in a compelling way — clear enough to make someone click. It should naturally include your focus keyword. If you’re unsure how to write one, paste your press release into an AI tool and prompt it: “Write an SEO meta description in under 155 characters for this press release, including the keyword [your keyword].”
