The Pizza & Coffee Shop concept of Brik Oven’s new HSR Layout location offers wood-fired pizzas, artisan coffee, house-made cheeses, and breakfast all day.
Bengaluru: The city-based pizza company Brik Oven opened its tenth location in HSR Layout with a brand-new concept called The Pizza & Coffee Shop, which combines freshly made cheeses, wood-fired pizza, artisan coffee, and all-day breakfast in one location.
Co-Founder Anirudh Nopany stated in a press statement on Friday, “We wanted to bring all our passions—pizza, coffee, cheese, and bread—under one roof.” “This space is our ode to food, community, and all those who have shared in the Brik Oven journey over the years.”
All-day breakfast is one of the main features of the new format and is now offered at a few locations, including HSR, Bellandur, Palace Road, Indiranagar, Manyata, and Whitefield.
In order to follow their passions outside of their 9 to 5 occupations, Nopany and Anvesh Sreeram launched Brik Oven in 2016. The original Brik Oven was a small, charming place on Church Street where you could see the two founders behind the counter make pizza in a wood-fired oven.
