Hilton has announced a major milestone in its South Asia expansion with the opening of the Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa. This debut marks Hilton’s entry into Hyderabad’s hospitality market. The property, developed in partnership with C.K.R Resorts Pvt. Ltd., is set in India’s Biotech Hub.

The new resort is an urban resort set across 20 acres of greenery and a natural creek, strategically targeting the rising demand for premium hospitality in Hyderabad across both business and leisure segments.
Location: Turkapally, Sharimpet, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, within Hyderabad’s Biotech Hub.
Keys (Rooms): The resort features 115 rooms, including 13 pool villas and six suites.
Design & Sustainability: The design blends contemporary style with regional artistry, drawing inspiration from Telangana’s heritage and Kakatiya craftsmanship. It is built with sustainability in mind, utilizing locally sourced stone, native flora, eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and an on-site water bottling plant.
Key Amenities
India Debut: The resort hosts India’s first eforea spa, Hilton’s globally acclaimed wellness brand, which features eight treatment rooms, a sauna, steam, ice shower, and a no-device relaxation zone.
Dining: Signature concepts include Gingerfire (Asian flavors), Yuzu (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Nikkei influences), Nero (poolside classics), Drip (artisanal coffee and pastries), and Grid 78 (inventive cocktails and glocal tapas).
Events: It offers 89,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event spaces, including two pillarless ballrooms, five meeting rooms, expansive lawns, a pool deck, and a creekside mandapam.
Recreation: The resort includes a dedicated recreational zone for basketball, pickleball, cricket, futsal, mini golf, and tennis, along with a dedicated arcade for children.
