OPO Hotels & Resorts has announced the official signing of OPO Essential Nandini, marking the midscale brand’s strategic entry into the Maharashtra hospitality market. Finalized under a management model agreement on April 27, 2026, the upcoming property is scheduled to welcome guests within the next 60 days.
The property is situated along the high-traffic Beed Bypass Road (specifically at Satara Parisar, opposite Surya Lawns), positioning it within a rapidly evolving urban ecosystem in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The location grants the hotel direct, seamless connectivity to regional industrial zones, corporate hubs, transport networks, and local city landmarks.
Key Features of OPO Essential Nandini:
Accommodation: The boutique-format property offers 30 well-appointed rooms designed with a contemporary, functional aesthetic for business and transit travelers.
Food & Beverage: The dining infrastructure includes a 40-cover all-day dining restaurant alongside a dedicated 30-cover bar.
MICE & Social Events: Catering to the local market, the hotel features a dedicated corporate boardroom and an expansive 500-guest capacity banquet facility tailored for large-scale weddings and social celebrations.

According to Sandeep Basu, Chief Executive Officer of OPO Hotels & Resorts, expanding into Maharashtra aligns with the company’s broader philosophy of building scalable hospitality platforms in destinations experiencing concurrent industrial momentum and infrastructure transformation. By tapping into Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar’s rising multi-segment travel demand, OPO Hotels intends to solidify its nationwide footprint across high-yield transit and secondary commercial corridors.
