WHAT YOU’LL DO
→ Supervise and manage floor staff across service shifts
→ Welcome guests and ensure a seamless dining experience
→ Coordinate smoothly between kitchen and service team
→ Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
→ Oversee table setup, outlet cleanliness, and service standards
→ Drive upselling of signature dishes, combos, and beverages
→ Guide and train junior stewards during service
→ Manage KOT, billing, and POS operations accurately

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward
✔ Strong communication in Hindi & Gujarati (English is a plus)
✔ Calm under pressure with a guest-first attitude
✔ Familiarity with North Indian, Chinese & Seafood menus preferred
✔ Presentable, professional, and a natural team leader
