Café Treat at Pride Plaza Hotel Ahmedabad celebrated the Bengali New Year, “Shuvo Noboborsho”, from 14th to 16th April 2023. The culinary team at Café Treat have put together a selection of dishes from some of the most iconic Bengali recipes, to give guests a true taste of the culture.
The celebrations include an exquisite array of traditional Bengali cuisine such as Phulkopir Singara, Chicken Pakora, Potolar korma, Chicken Kosha, Daab Chingri Curry, Potolar korma, Mochar tarkari, Kochi pattar jhol, Murshidabad Chicken Biryani, Charchari, and much more. The mains are accompanied by a choice of desserts including Chum Chum Kesaria, Sandesh, Kamola Bhog, Nava Diaper Mishti Doi and Rajbhog.
