His latest work, Instamatic: A Chef’s Deeper, More Thoughtful Look Into Today’s Instaworld, offers a unique glimpse into how modern dining culture intersects with social media.

A storyteller at heart, Chef Saran has always sought to weave narratives that resonate deeply with his audiences. Whether through his column in The Indian Express, his thought-provoking contributions to Food & Wine Magazine, or his appearances as a judge on MasterChef India, he brings in an authenticity that sets him apart.
