BNW Developments has officially unveiled the first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences in RAK Central, Ras Al Khaimah’s newest business and lifestyle hub. The high-profile launch, attended by over 8,000 guests, featured performances by UK band Blue and Bollywood stars Armaan and Amaal Mallik, highlighting the project’s significance in the region’s growing real estate market.
The Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central will feature 361 keys and is positioned above a curated retail and cinema complex. The property is designed for both business and leisure, offering five food and beverage venues, a rooftop terrace with a pool bar, a spa, a gym, and a Business Class lounge.
Complementing the hotel, the Radisson Blu Residences will offer 222 branded units. Residents will benefit from dedicated hotel-style services, leveraging the operational excellence and global standards of the Radisson Blu brand while being integrated into RAK Central’s “Live-Work-Play” ecosystem.
