With a career spanning over two decades in the high-end hospitality sector, Vishnu brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex resort operations, enhancing guest loyalty, and leading high-performance teams across global markets.
Vishnu’s professional journey is defined by his deep-rooted association with Marriott International, having held leadership roles at some of the brand’s most prestigious properties, including the W Goa, JW Marriott, and The Westin. Before stepping into his new role at The St. Regis Goa, he served as the General Manager at another flagship Marriott property, where he was instrumental in driving record-breaking revenue and achieving top-tier guest satisfaction scores.
Key Focus Areas for the New Leadership:
Legacy of Service: Vishnu will lead the implementation of the iconic St. Regis Butler Service and traditional brand rituals, such as the Champagne Sabrage and the Bloody Mary legacy, ensuring they are delivered with a localized Goan touch.
Strategic Growth: A primary goal will be to strengthen the resort’s position as a year-round destination for ultra-luxury travelers, focusing on the high-potential domestic and international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
Culinary Excellence: He will oversee the resort’s diverse F&B landscape, including signature restaurants like Susegado and The Manor, with a focus on sustainable sourcing and innovative, sea-to-table dining experiences.
Community & Sustainability: Under his guidance, the resort aims to deepen its “Serve 360” initiatives, focusing on local ecological preservation and community empowerment in the Cavelossim region.
