Beyond his achievements within IHG, Pradeep Sharma has held pivotal roles at globally recognised hospitality brands—including Hilton, Radisson, and London Park Hotels in the UK—equipping him with a diverse and robust leadership perspective that blends international best practices with local operational sensibilities. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, he seamlessly blends academic grounding with hands-on industry experience.
