Qmin, Indian Hotels Company Limited’s (IHCL) gourmet food delivery platform, makes its grand debut in Chennai on 31st July 2020.
A repertoire of culinary experiences, commencing with delivering dishes from the treasured restaurants of Taj and Vivanta to the comfort of your home, is the first phase of the much-awaited Qmin launch in Chennai.
With the launch of Qmin in Chennai, guests can order from eight iconic and celebrated restaurants in Chennai: Southern Spice, Golden Dragon and Anise from Taj Coromandel; Raintree and The Verandah from Taj Connemara; Bay View and Seagull from Taj Fisherman’s Cove Resort & Spa; and Mynt from Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway.

The digital menu includes signature dishes like Gilli Biryani from Anise; Kung Pao Chicken from Golden Dragon that offers one of the most extraordinary repertoires of authentic Chinese cuisine; Asparagus Paruppu Usli from Southern Spice, the country’s most iconic South Indian specialty restaurant; Prawn Ghee Roast from Bay View, that celebrates fine sea food; Ragi Masala Kuzhi Paniyaram from the venerable Raintree, that’s been a favourite address for bonafide Chettinad cuisine and much more. Now guests can enjoy these familiar flavours in the comfort and convenience of their homes.
Qmin’s stringent protocols of safety and hygiene include contact-less delivery and the mandatory use of protective gear for delivery executives in thoroughly sanitized vehicles. The packaging is eco-friendly, utilizing bio-degradable materials, and with customized insulation boxes to preserve the food whilst being delivered.
The Qmin mobile application will be launched in Chennai very soon, followed by the gourmet QminShop in subsequent months presenting epicurean specialities and authentic artisanal brands.
