Raffles Jaipur, the distinguished palace-style hotel, has announced the appointment of Neha Sharma Yadav as its new Hotel Manager. This strategic move underscores the property’s commitment to operational distinction and reinforces its cultural identity as the “Queen’s Palace,” a narrative rooted in the grace and leadership heritage of Rajasthan.

Yadav brings nearly 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector. Her expertise spans Rooms Division management and multi-faceted hotel operations within prestigious international brands. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for a leadership philosophy that prioritizes talent development, operational precision, and consistent service delivery.

In her new capacity, Yadav will:

  • Enhance Service Standards: Implement best practices aimed at improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency across all divisions.

  • Champion Diversity: Act as a mentor and advocate for women professionals, fostering an inclusive and empowered workforce within the property.

Rajat Sethi, Cluster General Manager, Raffles and Fairmont Jaipur, commented: “Neha exemplifies the rare combination of operational acumen and authentic hospitality leadership that defines excellence in luxury hotel management. We are confident that her stewardship will significantly contribute to the continued evolution and elevation of the guest experience at this iconic property.”
