Hotel Irada, a premium agro-tourism and luxury resort, has officially opened its doors on a sprawling 66-acre estate in the scenic Junnar-Narayangaon belt, widely recognized as Pune’s emerging wine country. The property is designed to offer a “vineyard-to-villa” experience, catering to the growing segment of travelers seeking nature-centric escapes and wellness retreats within driving distance of Mumbai and Pune.

The resort features 48 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, ranging from classic accommodations to premium pool villas that offer panoramic views of the surrounding grape plantations and hills. The architecture blends rustic charm with modern sophistication, ensuring a seamless integration with the lush agricultural landscape.

Key amenities and highlights include:

  • Irada Kitchen: A signature multi-cuisine restaurant specializing in “farm-to-fork” dining, utilizing fresh produce from the estate.

  • Wine Experience: Dedicated tasting rooms and vineyard tours that allow guests to explore the local viticulture.

  • Event Infrastructure: Over 30,000 sq. ft. of landscaped lawns and versatile banquet spaces, positioning the property as a prime destination for large-scale weddings and corporate offsites.

  • Leisure & Wellness: A large infinity pool, a luxury spa, and guided nature trails across the massive 66-acre terrain.

Speaking on the launch, the management of Hotel Irada stated: “Our vision was to create a destination that celebrates the richness of the Junnar region. Hotel Irada isn’t just a hotel; it’s an immersive experience where luxury meets the earth. We are excited to contribute to the growth of agro-tourism in Maharashtra.”

The opening of Hotel Irada marks a significant addition to the state’s leisure map, especially as the Narayangaon region gains traction as a sophisticated alternative to Nashik for wine enthusiasts.
