Thillai Masala, had recently launched ‘Saaru’—an exquisite blend that brings the heart of South Indian culinary tradition right to the kitchen on the sidelines of the FoodPro 2024 event organized by CII in Chennai.

Saaru by Thillai Masala is a premium, versatile spice blend designed to capture the essence of South Indian cuisine. Rooted in the region’s rich culinary traditions, Saaru offers a perfect balance of spices that add depth and authenticity to a variety of dishes.

Key Features:

Authentic Flavor: Saaru is crafted with a blend of carefully selected spices, including coriander, cumin, black pepper, and turmeric, among others. Each ingredient is chosen for its quality and ability to enhance the flavor profile of traditional South Indian dishes.

Speaking on the launch event, Jaisinh Vaekar, from VPSA Paramasiva Nadar Group of Companies, said, “Saaru by Thillai Masala is more than just a spice mix; it’s a gateway to experiencing the warmth and richness of South Indian flavors. Thillais Foray into ONDC:

The Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) is an initiative by the Government of India aims to provide a level playing field, reduce the dominance of large e-commerce giants, and enhance consumer choice. This network facilitates a standardized, open architecture for digital transactions, promoting transparency and efficiency in the online retail sector while supporting the growth of small and medium enterprises.  Jaisinh, after introducing the product in the event, also announced their foray into the ONDC network. “Through this launch, we are happy to announce, we are becoming a marketplace for the spices industry and we are bullish about the same. We welcome our customers visit our portal to understand our offerings”, he concluded.
