Singapore: FHA-Food & Beverage 2026, the most influential trade event for the food and hospitality industry in Asia, has officially opened its doors at the Singapore Expo. Spanning a massive 85,000 square meters across eight halls, this year’s edition marks a historic milestone, hosting over 2,750 exhibitors from 50 countries and regions, alongside 70+ international group pavilions.
The 2026 edition is anchored by the theme of “Future-Proofing the Industry,” focusing on three critical pillars: Sustainability, Technology, and Resilience. As the global food supply chain faces unprecedented volatility, FHA serves as the primary forum for decision-makers to source diverse products and discover tech-driven operational solutions.
Core Highlights of FHA 2026:
-
Global Diversity: The event features the largest international representation to date, with massive contingents from Italy, USA, Australia, and China. Emerging markets like Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are also debuting dedicated pavilions.
-
FHA Beer Awards: The prestigious competition returns to celebrate the art and science of brewing, with a focus on regional craft breweries and sustainable production methods.
-
Young Chefs Challenge (YCC): A high-octane arena where the next generation of culinary talent competes under the scrutiny of world-renowned WACS-certified judges.
-
Sustainable Food Future: A dedicated zone showcasing alternative proteins, “clean label” innovations, and circular economy solutions in food packaging.
-
The FHA Seminar Programme: Featuring over 100 industry speakers, the seminars cover high-priority topics including AI in kitchen management, navigating Halal certification in the digital age, and the roadmap to Net-Zero hospitality.

Strategic Economic Impact: As Singapore continues to solidify its status as the “Food Capital of Asia,” FHA 2026 is expected to facilitate billions in trade agreements. The event’s “Hosted Buyer Programme” has successfully brought in over 500 top-tier buyers from major supermarket chains, airlines, and hospitality groups across Southeast Asia and the Middle East to engage in pre-arranged business matching.
Janice Lee, Event Director of FHA-Food & Beverage, commented: “FHA 2026 is more than a trade show; it is a catalyst for the industry’s transformation. By bringing together the entire ecosystem—from small-scale artisanal producers to global tech giants—we are creating the necessary dialogue to ensure a more sustainable and efficient food future for the region.”
