Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle has announced the appointment of Amit Rawat as its new Food & Beverage Manager. A seasoned hospitality professional with over 12 years of experience, Rawat brings a wealth of expertise in operational excellence, strategic menu engineering, and high-volume banquet management to one of Jodhpur’s most prominent upscale hotels.
Rawat’s professional journey is marked by successful stints at some of India’s leading hotel chains, including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Marriott International. Before joining the Novotel team in Jodhpur, he held key leadership roles where he was instrumental in driving guest satisfaction scores and optimizing F&B revenue through innovative dining concepts and streamlined service protocols.
Key Focus Areas for the New Appointment:
Curated Dining Experiences: Rawat will oversee the hotel’s diverse culinary portfolio, including its all-day dining restaurant, the specialty bar, and the popular rooftop lounge, focusing on blending global trends with local Marwari flavors.
MICE and Weddings: Given Jodhpur’s status as a premier wedding destination, he will lead the F&B execution for large-scale social events and corporate conferences in the hotel’s expansive banquet spaces.
Team Mentorship: A strong advocate for professional development, Rawat aims to implement advanced training modules for the service staff to ensure the “Novotel” standard of intuitive and efficient hospitality.
Sustainability Initiatives: Aligning with Accor’s global commitment, he will spearhead local sourcing and waste reduction programs within the food and beverage department.
