Welbilt, an Ali Group company and global leader in commercial foodservice equipment, has officially launched its extensive showcase at Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) 2026. Taking place from April 21–24 at the Singapore Expo (Hall 1, Booth 1K3-01), the exhibit features a comprehensive “future-ready” kitchen ecosystem designed to streamline workflows from preparation to warewashing.
The 2026 showcase is centered on solving the dual challenges of labor shortages and rising operational costs. By integrating AI-driven automation and space-saving designs, Welbilt aims to help operators maintain consistency and quality across diverse formats, from compact ghost kitchens to high-volume institutional facilities.
Nine Strategic Product Launches:
AI & Precision Cooking: The debut of the Convotherm mini pro introduces AI-driven Optical Cooking, while the Convotherm flexx pro offers a multifunctional boiled/fried/grilled system in a single unit to maximize footprint efficiency.
Sustainable Warewashing: The DIHR Hydropower system acts as a 2-in-1 high-pressure pan/utensil washer and dishwasher, functioning effectively without the need for granules or pre-soaking.
Beverage & Coffee Innovation: The CREM EX4 espresso machine and Multiplex OCE beverage system provide advanced barista controls and high-capacity dispensing with integrated smart airflow.
Preservation & Holding: New solutions include the Tecnomac Chill Touch for precise blast chilling/thawing and the Koldtech Thermic Holding Cabinet, which uses radiant technology to retain food quality for longer durations.
Live “Kitchen in Action” Demonstrations: The Welbilt booth is divided into three functional zones:

Lincoln Demo Area: Focusing on the speed and versatility of high-performance conveyor ovens.
